Below are some FAQs about this memorable evening:
Tickets will not be available for purchase at the gate.
CHECK-IN — Check-in opens at 4:30 PM and closes at 6:00 PM. If you arrive after check-in closes, your tickets will be held at the gate by the security team. If you are part of a group ticket purchase and arrive after the group purchaser checks in, you will need to contact your purchaser and have them meet you at the security gate to collect your wristband for entry to the event.
GATES OPEN AT 5:00 PM.
DINNER SERVICE BEGINS AT 6:00 PM — Beach Pit BBQ will be serving up their delicious spread of ribs, chicken, brisket, pulled pork, mac and cheese, baked beans, potato salad, and coleslaw. French Bakery will provide delicious desserts.
PERFORMANCE — Jumping Jack Flash starts rocking on the dock at 7:15 PM.
BEVERAGES — We are thrilled that Hi-Time Wine Cellars will stock our beach bars with their favorite wines and beers, regular and non-alcoholic. An assortment of complimentary sodas and waters will also be available.
Your ticket package (21+ over) includes two (2) beverage tickets, valid for any beverage offered, alcoholic and non-alcoholic. Additional beverage tickets may be purchased for $5 wine or $3 beer.
BEVERAGE SERVICE — To ensure compliance with ABC regulations, all beverage service will be provided by professional RBS-certified bartenders at our no-host bars.
With the fantastic selection of wines and beers offered by Hi-Time Wine Cellars, especially at our friendly prices, $5 wine and $3 beer, we encourage you to enjoy our no-host bars throughout the evening for your beverages.
If you choose to bring your own bottle to the concert, you must follow our Bring & Be Served (BBS) Policy:
· You may bring your own bottle to the event.
· At check-in, our team will place your bottle in a numbered wine bag and provide you with a matching claim check.
· You will take the numbered wine bag and claim check to our separate Bring & Be Served Bar located on the patio in front of the snack bar, and the bartender will serve your wine to you and your guests.
· You will retain the claim check for your wine bag and present it to the bartender whenever you would like more of your wine.
· You may not open or pour the bottle yourself.
· Only our RBS-certified bartenders are authorized to open and serve your alcohol.
· There is no additional charge for this beverage service.
Please note that, in accordance with vendor requirements, members and guests are not permitted to have open bottles of alcohol at their seats, and self-service of alcohol is not allowed at any time.
BEACH CHAIR — Please bring your favorite beach chair to secure your space in the sand. We also recommend you bring a towel or blanket, and a jacket to keep you warm after the sun goes down.
