Who We Are

Lido Isle Yacht Club (LIYC) is located on Lido Isle, an exclusive private island community in Newport Beach, California. Situated at the center of one of the busiest and most highly regarded recreational boating harbors in the world, LIYC is uniquely distinct from the other yacht clubs in the harbor in that its membership is residence-based.  Despite this qualification for membership, LIYC is respected for its friendly “open door" policy and regularly welcoming guests and visitors from near and far.  Year after year, since its inception in 1928, LIYC Officers, Directors, Staff and volunteers have been continuously committed to providing enriching sailing programs for our youth, various racing, boating, and cruising opportunities to our adults, and a vibrant calendar of social events and activities catering to all ages.
